CiLCA Qualified Clerk

The Parish Council wishes to express congratulations to our Clerk and RFO, Mrs Fiona Keppel-Spoor, who has received acknowledgement from the Society of Local Council Clerks (SLCC) that she has passed her Certificate in Local Council Administration (CiLCA).

This has involved over 200 hours of independent study and practical tasks and the creation of an extensive portfolio of evidence.

Fiona does a great job for our community and we are very grateful for this.
